Overview
This course introduces the key rationale, elements and regulations in the FRR under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (“SFO”). Emphasis will be placed on the computation and definition of major items in the FRR.

This course is targeted to those who need to prepare or review FRR returns for licensed corporations, including ROs and MICs of Finance and Accounting, compliance officers, risk managers, and other legal and financial services industry professionals.
Instructors
• Leo WONG – a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM) with over 9 years of compliance experiences from SFC licensed securities broker and asset management firms and audit experiences from a Big 4 CPA firm.
• Cyrus FONG – A member of the Banking Regulatory Advisory Panel at the HKICPA with more than 17 years of audit experiences from Big 4 and Top 10 CPA firms, including banks, SFC licensed corporations and investment funds.
